Description: This painting deals with the single mother and her 3 year old boy. The mother is shown dressed up and ready to go out on a Friday night. This figure represents the classic beautiful woman mother with her hands tied behind her back. To the left is the “devil” child bully boy with his one eye. The child was meant to look as if it was painted by a different artist. So that the two figures stand in contrast to each other. There is a hint of the boy figure holding a spear of sorts pointed at the back of the mother figure.
