Mark your calendars for March 12th Friday 2010. A lot of friends and patrons have been asking when is the best time to stop by to take a peak at what I am currently working on so I decided that it would be easiest to hold an open studio every Friday night.

This will be a very informal relaxing time to drink a glass of wine and talk art. I have also heard from a bunch of you that you would be interested in talking some painting classes here,  so I will have a sign up sheet and we can discuss what days work best for everyone.

This is a great Portland event for artists and patrons, for artist we open our studios to the public to see what we do, for the public they buy a map that has the locations of all the studios and for two weekends they can visit any or all of the studios they want.

I need an art flag so I can hang it on the front of the house so patrons will know when the studio is open.

This Friday Feb 12th 2010 I will be in the Portland Love Show along with 300+ other artist.

It should be a blast, basically get all of Portland's artist and put them in a wherehouse and call it a party. This is classic Portland, a must see. It goes from 7pm till 12am, tell me when you will be there and we can try and meet up.

I will be selling this Marilyn Monroe painting for $200 so if you want it come early and bring a can of food, did I mention it is also a food drive for the Oregon Food Bank.

I will have these paintings up for a month so make sure and stop by and check them out.

I am having a little showing of some recent work in all it's about 17 paintings of all different sizes and prices.If you have been saving up to buy a piece or wondering if I would have a sale, well this is it. If you just want to come by and say hi, well this is the perfect time to sit and have a drink.

The paintings will be very affordable, it's time for me to make more room in the studio for new paintings.

The wine will be free, some by for a taste and then hit the town for the rest of the night.

Come on down to Urban Grind for a coffee and check out a group show, bring the kids. I will have mine there, they look forward to seeing some of there friends. I will be displaying two new paintings that not many of you have seen, so come check them out.
